Pogo Alert+ is fully legal to own and use in the UK. The Pogo Alert+ head unit (without the laser detector module) is fully legal across most of Europe (GPS-based safety camera warning systems, including Pogo systems, are only illegal in Germany and Switzerland). The laser detector module is illegal to use in Europe.
We would advise all our customers in writing if this situation changed.
